Claudia Mccoy

Claudia earned her degree in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training in Germany in 1995. After moving to the US in 2002 she advanced her knowledge base with an emphasis on Athletic Performance and Corrective Exercise.

In recent years she has worked with and helped many professional athletes (NFL, MLB, Pro Basketball, Swimmers, Tennis, soccer players), many local triathletes, runners, youth soccer players and goal-oriented adults.

Since 2012, Claudia has been conducting speed & agility and conditioning sessions for individuals and local youth soccer teams and was the “Director of Athletic Performance” for Florida Premier FC.

In her spare time Claudia enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 kids. She is a high-level runner and Triathlete herself with “All American” status 7 years in a row. She won the long course National Championship title 2016 and was in the top 3 every following year. Claudia qualified and ran the Boston Marathon 4 times and qualified for the ITU and Ironman 70.3 World Championships 4 times in a row. In 2017 she competed at the World Championships in Canada, representing Team USA and placed 8th overall and 1st American in her age group and in September 2019 competed among the best in the world in the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Nice, France.

Her goal is to offer a holistic approach to athletic performance training by training athletes to perform at their full potential while preventing injuries.

Mike Russell

Veteran trainer with over 10 years experience, Proficient in all areas of strength training and nutrition while specializing in injury prevention and rehabilitation, BS Degree in Exercise Science, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, CEC's in Sports Nutrition, Elderly Nutrition and Sport Injury Rehabilitation.

Whether you're a beginner looking to start a program or an athlete looking for some new ideas, Mike will give you the individualized attention needed to help you reach your goals

Group Classes

Challenge yourself with this athletic-based strength and conditioning circuit.

This is a high intensity functional strength training class that helps you achieve your fitness goals.

By using a combination of functional, athletic movements patterns and effective exercises for all the major muscle groups and sport drills to improve aerobic conditioning, core strength, balance, flexibility and plyometric movements which are inevitable to become a stronger, faster and injury free athlete or weekend warrior.

Personal Training

We work with any goal oriented adult or athletes of any age or level. Our unique program uses mostly corrective exercise patterns that benefits any athlete to perform their best and to eliminate injuries during the season and can be added to the athletes existing training plan at any time.

Speed & Agility

No matter the sport, speed and agility training workouts improve proper running technique, your acceleration, deceleration, reaction time and coordination.

It is also important for improving foot speed, quickness, speed changes, and directional change.

Running Gait Analysis

Utilizing the newest video recording “hudl” technology I will analyze your running technique and create personalized drills and exercises to improve running economics and performance.

Kinsiotaping

Are you looking for pain relief? Or maybe a faster recovery? Claudia is FMT II certified (Fascial Movement Taping Specialist) and offers all types of Kinseiology taping applications. The use of Kinesio tape involves taping over muscles to minimize pain and inflammation, relax tired muscles, and to support muscle movement. The taping is non-restrictive and allows a full range of motion. Contact Claudia.

Sports nutrition plays a key role in optimizing the beneficial effects of physical activity, whether you’re a professional athlete in training, want to become one, or exercising to improve your mental and physical health.

Making informed decisions with your nutrition and hydration can result in improved performance, injury prevention and quicker recovery but it's difficult to know where to start with so much conflicting information readily available. That's where the help of a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach can aid your decisions, and ultimately improve your performance. 

We offer General Nutrition as well as Sport Nutrition coaching sessions to support your health and sporting goals. This can range from a daily food intake and learning about the importance of Macro Nutrients and tips for fueling your body pre and post workout/ competition.
